30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your VOSOW gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included.

How it works
1. Email support@vosow.com with your order number
2. We send you a prepaid return label — you pay nothing
3. Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location
4. Refund is issued within 3 business days of receipt

Damaged or defective items
Don't return it — just send us a photo or short video and we'll ship a free replacement immediately.

Non-returnable: items damaged by misuse or missing parts not due to our error.
